do i need to pay a deposit?

A deposit of 50% of your total booking fee needs to be paid in order to secure your spot. all deposits are strictly non refundable under all circumstances.

i need to reschedule my appointment. what happens to my deposit?

appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment cannot transfer their deposit to a new date. if you would like to transfer your deposit to a new date you must do so before the 48 hour mark. OTHERWISE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

failure to attend your appointment (no show) or cancelling the day of your appointment will result in 100% of the total amount of your booking being charged to your card.

if you choose to attend 15 mins late or more to your appointment, 100% of the total amount will be charged to your card.

CAN I GET MY MAKEUP DONE WITH EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

YES YOU MOST DEFINITELY CAN BUT IT IS MUCH PREFERRED THAT YOU COME WITHOUT THEM.

IS IT CHEAPER IF I DON’T GET ANY EYELASHES?

ALL MAKEUP PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF EYELASHES SO REGARDLESS THE PRICE STAYS THE SAME!

WHAT ARE SOFT GEL EXTENSIONS?

Soft gel nail extensions are made from the same type of gel that gel polish is made of. They also add length to your nails just like regular press-on nails And, because they don't involve the powder or harsh chemicals associated with acrylics, they're healthier for your nails too.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

how long your nails stay on will always come down to how you look after your nails once you leave. it is suggested you come in for a new set every 3-4 weeks, if they're left any longer they will be more SUSCEPTIBLE to lifting and breaking as the extension grows out. there have been clients that come back 5-6 weeks with all nails still on however it is definitely not recommended.

IF YOUR NAILS COME OFF WITHIN THE FIRST 72 HOURS THEY CAN BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGE HOWEVER ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE FIRST 72 HOURS IS CONSIDERED TO BE OUT OF MY CONTROL.

EACH CLIENT WILL RECEIVE AN AFTERCARE CARD AFTER THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH ME THAT OUTLINES HOW TO BEST TAKE CARE OF THEIR NAILS.

will they damage my natural nails?

due to them being adhered with a gel rather than harsh chemicals, they are a lot healthier and safer for your natural nails!

*STEPH HAS THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY ANY CLIENT WHO she believes nail damage is too harmful to work on. please keep this in mind when coming into your appointment*

CAN YOU SOAK OFF MY NAILS?

i will only soak off my own work. as soft gel extensions don’t require refills, a new set will be applied every time you come in.

how do i size my nails?

THIS VIDEO AS WELL AS THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO PROPERLY SIZE YOUR NAIL BEDS ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlEVNVBEjkg ).

place a small amount of tape over your nail bed. use a pen to mark down side walls of nail. peel off tape and stick to a piece of paper. measure the gap, line to line. repeat process with each nail! please make sure to measure your natural nails not over the top of an enhancement.

sizing kits are also available for purchase for more accurate sizing.

how long do they take to make?

depending on demand they can take up to 3 days to create and process.

they don’t fit my nails. can i get a refund?

when ordering your set you are required to measure your nails accurately. we are not responsible for incorrect nail sizing and for hygiene purposes, no exchanges or refunds are accepted.

how do i order a completely custom set?

for custom press on sets, enquire here.

how do i remove them?

soak nails in warm soapy water. once loosened use cuticle pusher to softly lift off nail.

how long do they last?

sets can last up to 2 weeks with the right care and treatment. all sets are reusable too! file off any leftover glue on the press on and they are as good as new!

can i cancel my order?

due to sets being made to order you are unable to cancel your order once you have made a purchase.
