how do i size my nails?

place a small amount of tape over your nail bed. use a pen to mark down side walls of nail. peel off tape and stick to a piece of paper. measure the gap, line to line. repeat process with each nail! please make sure to measure your natural nails not over the top of an enhancement.

sizing kits are also available for purchase for more accurate sizing.

PLEASE NOTE :

1. If you are measuring your nails at home it must be done over bare natural nails only. do not measure over enhancements.

2. You must measure in mm ONLY.

how long do they take to make?

depending on demand they can take up to 10 days to create and process.

they don’t fit my nails. can i get a refund?

when ordering your set you are required to measure your nails accurately. we are not responsible for incorrect nail sizing and for hygiene purposes, no exchanges or refunds are accepted.

how do i order a completely custom set?

how do i remove them?

soak nails in warm soapy water. once loosened use cuticle pusher to softly lift off nail.

how long do they last?

sets can last up to 2 weeks with the right care and treatment. all sets are reusable too! file off any leftover glue on the press on and they are as good as new!

can i cancel my order?

due to sets being made to order you are unable to cancel your order once you have made a purchase.
